Jo Copper

Relationship & Marketing Manager

Jo’s professional background stems from working for over 20 years in the financial sector in London, predominately in client facing roles. Jo was successful in developing strong and lasting relationships with suppliers and clients alike and will be heading the Sales & Marketing department, working closely with Matt. Jo has vast experience in administration and management focus, and is a naturally proactive person who constantly evaluates how we do something and could we do it better.

Recently, Jo has been working with the NHS liaising with patients to arrange appointments with specialists. Jo’s caring and understanding nature is perfectly aligned to provide assistance to any members, including signposting them to find solutions to certain challenges.

Jo was very keen to be a part of the Lymphoedema United team from the start.

Jo lives in Kent with her husband, 2 boys and her French Bulldog, all of which keep her busy and currently works part time at the local hospital as a support secretary.

“My husband (Mark) and I met Matt and Vicki some years ago at the local primary school, our children were in the same class and we have gone on to become firm friends. I was honoured to be asked by Matt to be involved in his endeavour to bring lymphoedema to the attention of the world – his very personal journey became ours too and we fully support Matt on this venture and I’m really excited to be part of his team.”
